01 · The great room

Everyone in one room, without touching elbows.

Vaulted ceilings, travertine tile and a sectional that genuinely seats the whole group — plus two woven armchairs, an ottoman and a wall-mounted smart TV. Sliding doors open onto the covered balcony, so the room stays bright all afternoon.

Living room, dining table and kitchen share one continuous space. Whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation, and whoever is on the sofa can still see the water.

02 · Kitchen & dining

A kitchen you can cook a week of dinners in.

Granite counters throughout, a full-size stainless range, microwave, dishwasher and a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. A breakfast bar seats four on stools; the dining table under the chandelier seats six more.

Coffee is taken seriously here: a Keurig and a Nespresso with a milk frother, side by side on the counter, cups already out.

03 · Where everyone sleeps

Three bedrooms and a bonus room

Ten people, four separate spaces, two full bathrooms. Nobody draws the short straw.

Primary suite

King bed, a daybed under the window, smart TV and a desk. Hardwood floors, plantation shutters and a private door to the balcony. En-suite bath with a jetted tub, double vanity and separate walk-in shower.

Second bedroom

Two beds side by side with matching headboards, reading lamps and a double closet. The room people put the older kids or a second couple in.

The bonus room

A twin-over-full bunk plus a futon, a hanging closet and a “Beach House” sign over the bed. The kids will claim it before the bags are down.

04 · Working from here

Home away from the home office.

This is the reason a lot of guests book a longer stay. There's a proper desk by a window in the primary bedroom, and the bonus room has a door you can close — not a laptop balanced on a dining chair with everyone else watching television behind you.

Take the morning call, close the door behind you, and be on the sand by eleven. Wifi runs throughout the condo and out onto the balcony.

05 · Bathrooms

Two full baths, both properly sized.

The primary bath has a double granite vanity, a deep jetted tub set into travertine, and a separate glass walk-in shower. The second full bath serves the other two bedrooms and the bonus room, with a tub-and-shower combination and its own vanity.

Towels, linens and starter toiletries are provided. There's also a proper laundry room — full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer, a utility sink, cabinets, a drying rack and a linen closet — so you can go home with a clean suitcase.

06 · The balcony

Wide, covered, and pointed at the water.

The balcony runs the width of the condo with sliding doors from both the great room and the primary bedroom. There's a full outdoor seating set — loveseat, chairs, ottoman and a glass table — under a shaded ceiling, so it works even in August.

The view runs over the palms and across Gulf Boulevard to the intracoastal waterway. Coffee here in the morning, something colder at sunset.

07 · The building & the beach

Ninety seconds from sofa to surf.

Out the back gate, past the pool, through the dunes, onto the sand.

Gulf-side and fenced, with loungers, umbrellas and outdoor showers. Shared with only a handful of units, so there's always a chair.

Your own beach path

A private sand track through the sea oats. Indian Rocks Beach is wide, shallow and quiet — good for shelling at low tide and for swimming at any tide.

Fenced dog walk

A gated grass run alongside the building with waste stations. Covered parking underneath the building, so the car stays cool.
